Concepts & Beyond is a Product Management and AI training and coaching firm. We do two things well: we run live, cohort-based training that turns practitioners into confident, AI-fluent product managers, and we coach PMs and product leaders one-on-one to apply it to real work.

We are not a video library and not a slide-deck consultancy. Every cohort and coaching engagement is led by a practitioner who has done the work — and built to leave you better at it after we go.

Our story

Why we started.

Anil and Kriti spent years inside product orgs watching the same thing happen: smart teams trained on theory that never survived contact with real work.

So in 2017 they built Concepts & Beyond around a different idea — product and AI learning that's live, hands-on, and genuinely fun, taught by people who still do the work. No pre-recorded courses gathering dust. No frameworks handed down from a podium.

That principle grew into two practices that feed each other. Our training builds capability in people. Our coaching turns that capability into habit — one PM, one decision, one AI workflow at a time. Both leave something behind — a sharper product sense, a working way to use AI, a better way of deciding what to build.

A decade on, more than 2,000 product managers and dozens of product organizations have come through. The tagline still holds: learning made fun, and made to last.
