In this module, learners will be able to

Optimizing product metrics
In this module, learners optimize product OKRs by
- Aligning with overall business goals.
- Setting SMART goals to ensure that product OKRs are clear, actionable, and aligned with the overall strategy of the product and the business.
- Prioritizing goals.
- Identifying the key results that will indicate progress towards the product OKRs. Set up a tracking and review process to regularly monitor progress toward the product OKRs.
- Communicating progress towards the product OKRs to the relevant stakeholders
- Adapting and iterating product OKRs as needed based on changing business needs, market conditions, and changing customer needs.

In this module, learners create a visual representation of the user's journey through a product or service and break down the user's needs into smaller, more manageable pieces.

In this module, learners use the user personas that they have previously identified for their product and map to the various stages of the product and its touchpoint. They learn to find opportunities and pain points and map them to a high-level set of features. The features are refined and categorized to create a high-level schedule that will drive the product roadmap

In this module learners practice prototyping techniques such as feasibility prototypes, user prototypes, live data prototypes, and hybrid prototypes.

In this module, learners will be able to explain the strategies for success in leadership communication and explore anti-patterns. Key communication patterns will be explored and practiced including
- One-on-one communication.

- Using high-fidelity prototypes for sign-offs instead of simple sprint reviews

Advanced product backlog management
In this module, learners assess how organizations emphasize outcomes and impact over output. They compare at least three techniques to order a Product Backlog, defend the order of a Product Backlog with one or more stakeholders and evaluate their Scrum Team’s ability to effectively refine the Product Backlog.

Hypothesis Testing
In this module learners
- Conduct experiments for your product using Lean Startup.
- Organize and prioritize their experiments.
- Identify a hypothesis, experiment, metric, and validation for your assumptions.
- Classify the type of experiment (lab studies, sales\tracking actions, market analysis, or participatory design & analysis) and what is being tested (customer interest, customer preferences, or customer willingness to buy)
