Advanced ScrumMasters – Cohort Based Learning
Become part of a cohort-based training where you will journey through a scrum master who is looking where to start being effective at what they do to someone who is selling scrum to stakeholders, building effective teams by working with stakeholders to resolve impediments, and coaching the product owner to create effective products. This training combines live training with self-paced team challenges where your co-participants become your accountability partner.
The 4 week four hour live online training is a cohort-based class that offers learners fast, condensed lessons combined with on-the-job application of key Scrum concepts and real solutions for difficult scenarios for immediate business impact

Certified Scrum Trainer With Over 30 Years Of Industry Experience
Anil’s career had an explosive start in the early 1990s, he worked on a messaging product that sent messages across the world in 3 seconds with a team that aligned with the Values and Principles of Agile. The product won the best Open Systems Award in 1994. From the beginning of his career, he has been tinkering with code, infrastructure, product development and consulting in various industries.
His deep expertise in financial services and startups in developing business models have resulted in multiplying revenue and avoiding risk. He recently led a cloud transformation program for 250 application teams that saved one of the world’s largest bank over $25 million. His deep Agile, DevOps and leadership experience have guided multiple organizations achieve high throughput, market focus, productivity, and quality in building products. He has a deep interest in instructional design and is a certified Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer.
He is a Certified Scrum Trainer with Scrum Alliance and a Certified DevOps Trainer with DevOps Institute and is well regarded in the industry as an Agile, Executive and Technical Coach. He has helped several organizations successfully implement continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous delivery and SRE practices. He is currently guiding the product marketing and development of a telemetry dashboard for Atlassian products.

Bernie’s career started with a flash and a bang. Literally. His first position was designing devices that protect telephone networks from lightning strikes. A few career pivots later, he had a flash of insight: it was possible to tap into latent potential in every person, every team, and every organization.
The teams he’s worked with have grown businesses to beyond $100 million, delivering products from consumer electronics to network infrastructure to services & payments at firms including TiVo, Cisco, Wells Fargo and more. He consults and teaches workshops including Agile Product Development and Agile Leadership at Stanford Continuing Studies.
As an Agile Leadership Coach, Bernie helps clients achieve performance breakthroughs with their teams, their organizations and themselves. More, he believes that Accelerating Genius℠ is possible in every person and business, and leads both to outrageous effectiveness, and a whole lot more fun.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that things can change, to cancel or substitute your registration for future date please contact us via email info@conceptsandbeyond.com or call us at 201-374-0893. Please note! Cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the start of a course with full refund excluding 4% transaction fee. Cancellation request received within 5 full business days prior to the course, will receive a credit (no cash value) towards a future workshop. No credits or refunds will be available for participants who fail to attend after the class starts.
How long does it take for me to complete the program?
The cohort-based program is part of a team-based training where you will be taken through a scrum master journey from teaching scrum to stakeholders to creating a roadmap that suits your organization. The learner will attend 4 hour every week completing the certification in 4 to 6 weeks. The 4 sessions will include live training
How soon can I start the program after I sign up
As soon as you join you will be invited to join our learning academy to start the pre-work and the dates for the cohort sessions will be as per your registration page.
I do not have work experience working as a scrum master. Can I still take this program?
The 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master or Product Owner can be met at any time once you’ve attended an A-CSM or A-CSPO course. The work experience must be within the past five years.
