This fun, interactive learning experience is delivered virtually for practicing Product Managers who want to learn how to deliver a quality product reducing technical debt while working with developers. Through a case study-based series of exercises, combined with instruction, students gain the entrepreneurial product leadership skills and practices critical to growing as successful Product Owners.
Such skills are hard to learn via lecture alone – so this workshop is hands-on, interactive, and goes into deep practice. This is no Powerpoint snoozefest. Short presentations cover concepts. Immersive team-based exercises are interwoven into each lesson to get you hands-on practice. You’ll be able to work and learn through half-day sessions delivered once weekly over four weeks, with brief orientation and closing sessions with the instructor. During the four weeks, class exercises will help learners deliver meaningful outcomes for their product and organization.

In this module, learners will:
- Apply methods to determine the profitability of a product.
- Calculate the expected outcome or economic results of a product release, given fixed and variable costs, and forecasted return.
- Explain an iterative and incremental investment model for product development.
