Scrum Foundation
This module will highlight the responsibilities of the Product Owner, ScrumMaster, and Developers and their interactions. You will also learn about the five events of Scrum, three artifacts, three commitments and how is Scrum aligned with Agile.
Product Owner Core Competencies
IIn this module will highlight competencies the product owner needs to work with customers, stakeholders and teams. You will learn the difference between a product owner role and a product manager role and the anti-patterns of the product owner role
Product Discovery
This module will go deep into understanding your customer with segmentation and user personas. You will learn multiple techniques to engage the stakeholders and customers. You will be defining outcomes based on value to customers, stakeholders, and teams
Product Planning
In this module, you will peel the planning onion by creating a product vision, roadmap, and release plan and identifying valuable product increments using MMF and MVP.
Product Validation
In this module, you will validate your product assumptions using several different techniques quantitative research, user interviews, Wizard of OZ and Sprint Reviews
Product Execution
In this module, you will simulate executing a product using Scrum. You will build and refine the product backlog using prioritization techniques, learn user stories, plan your sprint and create a sprint goal. You will interact with stakeholders to share progress and get feedback

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that things can change, to cancel or substitute your registration for future date please contact us via email info@conceptsandbeyond.com or call us at 201-374-0893. Please note! Cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the start of a course with full refund excluding 4% transaction fee. Cancellation request received within 5 full business days prior to the course, will receive a credit (no cash value) towards a future workshop. No credits or refunds will be available for participants who fail to attend after the class starts.
When can I take the Certfication Test?
For the CSPO there is no certification test currently. You need to attend the entire duration of the course and participate in the activities and exercises
