In this module, learners will be able to

- Discuss case studies on Focus, Insights (including quantitative, qualitative, and technology insights), and vision pivots

Optimizing product metrics
In this module, learners optimize product OKRs by
- Aligning with overall business goals.
- Setting SMART goals to ensure that product OKRs are clear, actionable, and aligned with the overall strategy of the product and the business.
- Prioritizing goals.
- Identifying the key results that will indicate progress towards the product OKRs. Set up a tracking and review process to regularly monitor progress toward the product OKRs.
- Communicating progress towards the product OKRs to the relevant stakeholders
- Adapting and iterating product OKRs as needed based on changing business needs, market conditions, and changing customer needs.

In this module, learners create a visual representation of the user's journey through a product or service and break down the user's needs into smaller, more manageable pieces.

In this module, learners use the user personas that they have previously identified for their product and map to the various stages of the product and its touchpoint. They learn to find opportunities and pain points and map them to a high-level set of features. The features are refined and categorized to create a high-level schedule that will drive the product roadmap

In this module learners practice prototyping techniques such as feasibility prototypes, user prototypes, live data prototypes, and hybrid prototypes.

In this module, learners will be able to explain the strategies for success in leadership communication and explore anti-patterns. Key communication patterns will be explored and practiced including
- One-on-one communication.
- Communication during product discovery
- Moving discussions from opinion to data
- Using high-fidelity prototypes for sign-offs instead of simple sprint reviews

Advanced product backlog management
In this module, learners assess how organizations emphasize outcomes and impact over output. They compare at least three techniques to order a Product Backlog, defend the order of a Product Backlog with one or more stakeholders and evaluate their Scrum Team’s ability to effectively refine the Product Backlog.

Hypothesis Testing
In this module learners
- Conduct experiments for your product using Lean Startup.
- Organize and prioritize their experiments.
- Identify a hypothesis, experiment, metric, and validation for your assumptions.
- Classify the type of experiment (lab studies, sales\tracking actions, market analysis, or participatory design & analysis) and what is being tested (customer interest, customer preferences, or customer willingness to buy)

Certified Scrum Trainer with Over 30 Years of Industry Experience
Anil’s career had an explosive start in the early 1990s, he worked on a messaging product that sent messages across the world in 3 seconds with a team that aligned with the Values and Principles of Agile. The product won the best Open Systems Award in 1994. From the beginning of his career, he has been tinkering with code, infrastructure, product development, and consulting in various industries.
His deep expertise in financial services and startups in developing business models has resulted in multiplying revenue and avoiding risk. He recently led a cloud transformation program for 250 application teams that saved one of the world’s largest bank over $25 million. His deep Agile, DevOps, and leadership experience have guided multiple organizations to achieve high throughput, market focus, productivity, and quality in building products. He has a deep interest in instructional design and is a certified Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer
He is a Certified Scrum Trainer with Scrum Alliance and a Certified DevOps Trainer with DevOps Institute. Anil is also adjunct faculty teaching “transforming organizations” in the project management graduate program at New York University. Anil is well regarded in the industry as an Agile, Executive, and Technical Coach. He has helped several organizations successfully implement continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous delivery, and SRE practices. He is currently guiding the product marketing and development of a telemetry dashboard for Atlassian products.

What is the cancellation policy?
Concepts & Beyond support staff is happy to assist you! We understand that things can change, and we strive to be as agile as possible with respect to registrations. Please email us no later than 5 business days before the start of the workshop and we’ll arrange a refund or transfer to a future date. Cancellations received within 5 full business days of the start of the course will receive a credit (no cash value) towards a future workshop. Please request changes by emailing info@conceptsandbeyond.com.
How soon can I get my CSP-PO® certification?
On completing your participation in the full workshop, we will let the Scrum Alliance know of your successful completion of the course. You’ll receive an email from them to setup your profile on the Scrum Alliance website and then you’ll be a Bonafide, official CSP-PO®!
What are the requirements for the Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner ( CSP-PO®) certification?
Currently the only requirement to become a CSP-PO® is the successful completion of the A-CSPO course and have 2 years of work experience as a Product Owner in the last 5 years.
Are Certification fees included?
Yes, all certification expenses are covered by Concepts and Beyond and you will not have fees due to the Scrum Alliance for two years.
How long does it take for me to complete the program?
The course consists of self-paced tasks and up to ten live coaching sessions that you can book at your convenience. You can complete the course in 3 months, but you will have access to the course for a maximum of 6 months.
How soon can I start the program after I sign up?
As soon as you join you will be invited to join our learning academy to start the pre-work and the dates for the one-one coaching sessions will be as per your registration page.
