Anil Jaising
Anil ‘s career had an explosive start in the early 1990s. He worked on a groundbreaking messaging product that could send messages across the world in just 3 seconds, with a team that aligned with the Values and Principles of Agile. This product won the prestigious Best Open Systems Award in 1994. From the beginning of his career, Anil has been deeply involved in delivering mission critical products across multiple industries.
With over two decades of deep expertise in financial services and startups, Anil has been instrumental in developing business models and implementing Agile frameworks, leading to significant business growth. He recently spearheaded a cloud transformation program for 250 application teams, saving one of the world’s largest banks over USD 100 billion. His extensive experience in Agile, Product Management, and Leadership has guided organizations like JP Morgan Chase, MarketAxess, Goldman Sachs, and Oracle to achieve high throughput, market focus, productivity, and quality in building products.
Anil is passionate about instructional design and is a certified Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer with Scrum Alliance and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor teaching and coaching leadership and Agile at New York University.
Anil is fascinated by leaders and organizations that have created innovative products that make long lasting impact. he is on a mission to help leaders, teams and organizations unlock individual potential to make long lasting impact in their career and business. Kriti Jaising
Hi, my name is Kriti Jaising Founder & CEO of Concepts & Beyond. I am a facilitative trainer and instructional designer. I believe in making learning fun and “Training from the BACK of the Room” gives me the ability and framework to transform any learning material into an interactive & engaging experience. I had the rare opportunity to contribute in creating the TBR-Virtual Edition (TBR-VE) Class with Sharon and 11 other great trainers from around the world. I have over 25 years of experience in advertising, traditional & digital marketing, consumer research, events management and training. I’ve also implemented the values of TBR into sales, consumer research, and education, thus improving the quality of learning as a whole. I have taught Agile, Scrum, Product Innovation, and SAFe classes for several years in both private and public settings, and have helped several Fortune 100 organizations with their Agile, Product, and SAFe implementations. Over a 20+ year career, I have led product and technology teams across a spectrum of industries, with the unifying themes of empowering and mentoring those I work with and creating products that customers love. As an Agile & Product trainer and coach, I excel at helping teams spark product innovation, especially in the spaces where the teams are struggling to deliver the right product or where uncertainty and lack of a clear solution are the biggest challenges.
