Anil is a passionate Certified Scrum Trainer CST® whose focus is to design and deliver an immersive experience in both in-person and virtual training. Anil is a certified Training from the BACK of the Room trainer and co-authored instructional design for the virtual edition of TBR. In his training learners discover and learn by exploration and games instead of being subjected to boring lectures or use of slides. Anil is one of the 12 approved trainers that deliver the TBR-Virtual Edition to train other trainers in building instructional design for an engaging and interactive learning experience. Anil teaches Scrum, Brain based TBR-VE, DevOps and public cloud workshops.
Anil collaborates with several clients on creating experiential training for several topics under the Agile umbrella as well as on technical topics like DevOps and Cloud Adoption. With his strong technical experience, Anil has driven large transformation programs to have teams adopt the public cloud at scale and leverage cloud infrastructure to adopt good technical practices and deliver quality products and become an effective team.
Anil speaks regularly at several global conferences and volunteers and reviews speaker proposals for Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance gatherings. He is a co-organizer of Big Apple Scrum Day and New York Scrum User Group.
Anil’s workshops are designed to enable the 7Cs of effective teaching (Care, Confer, Captivate, Clarify, Consolidate, Challenge, and Classroom Management). The learner’s get immersed in an engaging experience that connects with them at various levels and by exploration, failing and then succeeding they complete their learning objectives and retain the knowledge in their long term memory. Adding to this real life experiences from Anil’s background help the learner to apply and leverage these stories in their own organizations.
Anil offers private and public workshops eligible for the CSM credentials through Scrum Alliance, the most widely recognized certifications in Agile and Scrum as well as Training from the BACK of the Room developed by Sharon Bowman and several key DevOps and Cloud adoption training.
Hi, my name is Kriti Jaising Founder & CEO of Concepts & Beyond. I am a facilitative trainer and instructional designer. I believe in making learning fun and “Training from the BACK of the Room” gives me the ability and framework to transform any learning material into an interactive & engaging experience. I had the rare opportunity to contribute in creating the TBR-Virtual Edition (TBR-VE) Class with Sharon and 11 other great trainers from around the world. I have over 25 years of experience in advertising, traditional & digital marketing, consumer research, events management and training. I’ve also implemented the values of TBR into sales, consumer research, and education, thus improving the quality of learning as a whole. I’m the wizard behind the curtain for Concepts & Beyond. Scrum Master for all the organization’s inner working. Responsible for all the go to market channels for training. Day to day coordination of our Agile and DevOps training. I manage to coordinate with our partners. I’m certified scrum product owner and certified scrum master.
Taghi is an Enterprise & Leadership Agility Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer. He has been in software/IT industry for over 20 years and has served different roles in Agile environments since 2008. He brings a unique mixture of leadership, technical, and agile experience gathered through working with a multitude of companies, from Fortune 100 organisations to start-ups. He takes joy and pride in helping companies, product and leadership teams explore better, leaner, and more Agile versions of themselves. In particular, he supports companies with Agile transformation, organisational change, leadership development, scaling and de-scaling, and value stream optimisation. Taghi speaks at public events promoting a holistic approach to product development involving a strong focus on people; the human aspect of work.
