Why we need to mindfulness techniques?

๐Ÿ™ As humans it’s normal to feel anxiousness in a new & unknown environment. Whether we are in the role of a Trainer, Presenter, Podcaster, Speaker, or Learner.
Commonly, some participants appear to be more anxious & uncertain and thus hesitant to engage. We observe this behavior even more post-pandemic.
As a trainer integrating mindfulness techniques plays a crucial role in creating a psychologically safe learning environment for effective training.

Deep Breathing is one of the techniques in Training from the BACK of the Room from Sharon Bowman. Breath practice can be used in many different ways to reduce anxiety and bring participants in the ‘NOW’ as mentioned in the book by Eckhart Tolle Foundation
